It is a smaller gym, yes, but it has everything I need. There are lots of treadmills (with their own TVs to keep you from watching the clock), treadmills, stationary bikes. There is every kind of machine you can imagine to do circuit training, along with plenty of free weights. It is never crowded, which is much more than I can say from the more factory-style gyms. I am never waiting for a machine.
Memberships come with two complimentary personal training sessions. The first is to establish where you are, and set a workout for your goals. The trainers will definitely push you so you get the best workout for your ability. The second is a follow-up session to see your progress and adjust your workout. Schedule this when you're ready.
I like that it has a childcare center, which I haven't tried yet, but it's a good option with a preschooler. The bathrooms are well kept with a steam room, showers, body wash, shampoo, dryers, etc. I really can't ask for anything more.

“This is not the first gym that I have signed up for however; it is the only one that from day one on joining I have felt like family. There are no pretensions when you walk through the doors. The personnel are friendly and knowledgeable and they take the time to understand your needs and what you want to achieve.
I never thought I would ever catch myself in a group exercise class nonetheless; the exercise classes are designed for all levels, from the core building Total Body Conditioning to the heart pounding Kickboxing classes. The instructors take the time to make sure your form is correct and the classes are always challenging and fun. I have achieved more (lost 30lbs) since joining Vantage Fitness then I have with any other gym. I also have gained good friends and a sense of community.”

Strong on strength training machines and aerobic equipment. Emphasis on trainers (2 free sessions when you sign up). Trainers appear to be excellent (mine was). Main reason I signed up is proximity to my house, but I stayed because I can get my routine done with a minimum of fuss. And the reasonable price is a plus.

Great Club!!! The facility is bright and open with windows along every wall. Staff is obviously trained in the lost art of customer service. They offer towel service, free lemon and lime water, childcare, steam rooms, and great personal trainers. This is defiantly a diamond in the rough.
